Jinhui has own machining workshop, equipped with CNC centers and general machining equipment like CNC lathes, milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, tapping machine, etc. Experienced machining engineer creates proper machining procedures according to customer’s requirement to ensure & secure the quality.
Jinhui has heat treatment workshop, equipped with various furnaces, we’re able to do annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering.
Experienced engineer defines heat treatment process based on the material & size & structure etc in order to satisfy customers’ requirements.
With help of Caterpillar heat treatment expert, Jinhui upgrades the current heat treatment system, mainly on the following three aspects:
